We're glad you're interested in ESSV Alcedo — the student skating club in Rotterdam! Whether you've been on the ice for years or just want to see if it's for you, you're very welcome. Besides skating, we also organize activities like roller skating, cycling, and dry training in the summer.

When do we train?

• In winter we first skate at De Uithof in The Hague, as soon as the ice rink in Rotterdam is open, we move there.
• In the summer we organize various training courses in and around Rotterdam.

How much does membership cost?
To become a member of Alcedo, you need an Erasmus Sports Pass. Already have one? Then you only pay Alcedo membership fees. Don't have one yet? No problem, we can arrange it for you.

The costs are as follows:

• Erasmus Sports Pass: €135
• Alcedo Membership: €48

Please note: without a sports pass, you cannot use the training sessions or facilities. The sports pass also gives you access to various Erasmus Sport partner deals.

What do I pay if I already have a sports pass?

You may already have a sports pass, or you may have one from another club. In that case, your membership will only cost €48. It's important to indicate on the registration form that you've already purchased an Erasmus Sports Pass through the club in question.

Please note: the sports pass you purchase through a sports club does not include a gym membership.
