Dry training
Every Monday, we start the week with a dry training session at Erasmus University. Rain won't stop us, of course – we'll simply head to the Erasmus sports halls. During the training sessions, we focus on strength, balance, and endurance. And of course, we do it in a fun and motivating way!
Cycling
Hit the road every week with our cycling training sessions! We cycle in groups on routes tailored to your level and experience, so everyone can train at their own pace. During the training sessions, the focus is on endurance, technique, and speed – all in a fun and motivating way, of course! Rain? No problem, we'll adjust the training accordingly.
Roller skating
Summer, sun and wheels under your feet! During our inline skating training We ride laps of varying lengths, tailored to your level and experience. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, there's always a group that suits you. We focus on technique, endurance, and fun – all in a friendly and motivating way, of course!
