From 8:00 PM We'll be on the ice until 10:00 PM at the Uithof in The Hague. Before the training session, we'll discuss how to travel together, who can ride with whom, and what's convenient for everyone regarding location. There won't be a trainer present at this time, but an experienced Alcedian will ensure a streamlined training session, and you can always ask other Alcedians your questions.

It is important that you make an appointment in advance card You've purchased a ticket, which will save you time at the Uithof ticket desk. If you plan to visit more often, consider whether a season ticket or strip card would be more advantageous for you. You can find prices on the website.

What do we do during training?

Beginning skaters can learn the basics of skating during these group lessons. In a small group, we cover everything from long single-leg glides to a one-legged turn. Besides beginners, there's always a group of experienced skaters present. Even experienced skaters can work on their technique and fitness.
